We are located just across the road from the famous "Blackpool Pleasure Beach resort". Two minutes walk to the Seafront and Promenade. Short Distance to "Sandcastle Waterworld", "Grosvenor Casino"and South Pier with its attractions. Blackpool Footbal Club is a short taxi ride away. Duple Social Club is also near and is C.I.U affiliated, families are welcome in the club.

Rest assured that although our prices are very reasonable our standards are very high. For this reason we do not accept bookings from Single Sex Groups or Stag & Hen parties.

Family rooms are for two adults plus two children 15 years and under.
If children are over fifteen they will be charged full adult price.

• Travel cot and high chair's are available free of charge.
• All prices based on 2 adults sharing.
• We require a £10 per person deposit, there is also a £3 or 3% card charge on all transactions.
• All deposits paid are non refundable.
• Balance to be paid on arrival by CASH or another card charge will be incurred.
• No further charges are incured if you cancel 7 days or more from arrival date.
• Since 1st July 2007, England has become smoke free in virtually all enclosed public places. Our entire Hotel is non smoking for your comfort.
